Monica Kurylo, Ph.D.

Monica Kurylo, Ph.D., is an assistant professor within the Departments of Rehabilitation Medicine & Psychiatry at the University of Kansas Medical Center.  She received her doctorate degree in clinical psychology (health/rehabilitation emphases) at the University of Kansas, and has internship and postdoctoral experience in rehabilitation psychology and neuropsychology.  Dr. Kurylo serves as liaison for Division 22 (Rehabilitation Psychology) of the American Psychological Association (APA) to the Committee for the Advancement of Professional Practice (CAPP) and monitor to the Board for the Advancement of Psychology in the Public Interest (BAPPI).  She is active in many Division 22 activities, including serving on the program committee for the annual mid-winter conference.  She also belongs to Divisions 40 ( Neuropsychology), 38 (Health) and 35 (Society for Women) of APA, the American Association of Spinal Cord Injury Psychologists and Social Workers (AASCIPSW), and the Kansas Psychological Association.
